New term, new challenge

In 2009 Jan , I upgraded to foundation from ELPP, but i think the challenge has upgraded as well.
"The banking bail-out : what it means for you and your bank account..."
That's a part of our first listening test, and when Dan said "OK,what have you got?", i can just to say"nothing", and then when others said the words what they have listened, "oh, my god! i have a big problem, a big challenge.", i said to myself.
After that every thing went penic, i can't follow the speaking speed, there are too many vocabulary, too many economic words...
In conclusion, to face the new term and the new challenge, just few things i can do , listening more and more, reading more and more, having fun less and less.
